Interviews for the 2023 Washington, DC Program will be virtual and conducted using Flo Recruit.

HOW TO REGISTER
1. Log in to The Law Consortium Symplicity. Reminder: Your user name is your complete email address. If you do not have an account, register here.
2. Select [OCI] from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
3. Select the [Schedule Requests] tab.
4. Click the [Request Schedule] button.
5. Choose "2023 Washington DC Recruitment Program" from the [Session ID] drop down menu.
6. Complete the schedule request and job posting form.
7. Click the [Submit] button.
Schedule requests are processed in the order they are received. You will receive an email confirmation when your request is approved. Please note that employers must comply with the nondiscrimination policies of each participating law school.
